Thrashers Paintball
We are just gathering the team and figuring out what our plans for the future are. The only thing we know for sure is that we love paintball and try to get to the woods every chance we can.
We are getting very excited about our trip in October to Bear Claw Paintball to play in the Operation Overlord Scenario game. We decided to try out scenario paintball for the first time in April of this year. Only four of us went to Bear Claw, but we had so much fun that we decided to create a team.
Just from the stories we have been telling about our trip the numbers are growing, and we hope to double or triple our turnout in October.
We play almost every Saturday even thought it's hot enough to melt your mask. We play under a pretty solid tree canopy and that helps alot.
Anyone is invited to play with us. If you live near Chattanooga, TN (or not) come join us. Check out the "Schedule" page for directions. I will try to post the time and location for each weeks game as soon as we know when we are going to play. You don't have to be a team or even any good, many of the group we play with have only been playing for a short time. We have been bringing in brand new players every few weeks, so come on down.
You don't have to know any of us to play either, one of the greatest things I have seen in woodsball is that everyone is welcome. The bear claw game was 687 players strong, and we didn't meet any of them that wouldn't have shared their dinner and a place to sleep if we needed it. That's the beauty of this sport, so as long as you play by the simple rules of the game, and keep it safe you can play with us any day.
